How To Place An Order

Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, choose a size and color and click on the “Add to Bag” button. Your item will be reflected in the shopping bag found in the upper right area of the window.  Ready to check out? First you will need to add your credit card information by clicking on the RED "ADD NOW" button.  Once you click "Submit", you will be redirected to the Checkout Page.  Click on the "Checkout" button.  You may continue to browse the site. Your desired items will stay in your shopping bag.

 

Follow the steps of the checkout to complete your purchase.

 
Order Status

To find the most recent status of an order log in to your NnellaDesigns.com account.  Once in your account, a list of your most recent orders along with their statuses will appear. Click on any order for more details.

 
Order History

To review past orders, log in to your NnellaDesigns.com account and click on My Orders.  Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to every state except: AK, DE, MT, NH, OR. Tax will be calculated at time of check out and will be included in your order summary.

 
Free Shipping

NNella Designs is happy to offer our customers free shipping on orders $150 or greater. No promo code needed! When your subtotal (pre tax and shipping) exceeds $150 or greater, free standard shipping will automatically be applied to your order in the final stage of the checkout process.

 
Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Please check your spam folders if you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order.

The order confirmation is not a shipping confirmation. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order leaves our facilities.

 
Track An Order/Delivery

You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order leaves our facilities. This email will include a delivery tracking number. Please note that some orders may arrive in separate packages. You will receive an email for each package shipped to you.

 
How Do I Change Or Cancel An Order?

In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing an order immediately after it is placed. For this reason, we cannot make any changes or cancellations to an order once it has been submitted.

 
My Order Was Cancelled By NNella Designs - Why?

We express our sincerest apologies if you received a cancellation notice email for an order. The order may have been cancelled due to a lack of inventory. If you have received repeated cancellation emails, please verify the payment details you are providing are correct. Any billing discrepancies may lead to an order rejection within our security systems.

Every step of the NNella Designs online ordering process that involves credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.

When Will My Package Ship?

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, which are being filled from our warehouse, will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, which are being filled from the warehouse will be shipped the next business day. 

All orders can be subject to a review period which can cause a delay in fulfillment and shipping. The shipping method chosen is the method by which we will ship your package once it has been sourced. There is no guarantee that it will ship the same day.

To be eligible for Saturday delivery, your order must be submitted by 1pm ET on Friday.

 
Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your purchase has left our warehoue. The shipping confirmation email will include delivery tracking information.

Some orders may come in separate packages; in this situation, you will receive an individual shipment confirmation email for each package. . Please note, for orders shipped in separate packages, you will only be charged for shipping once.

 
Track An Order/Delivery

To track delivery on a NNellaDesigns.com order, please refer to the tracking number sent in the shipment confirmation email that was sent to you when your items left our facilities.

Some orders may come in separate packages; in this situation, you will receive an individual shipment confirmation email for each package including tracking information.

 
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on order subtotals after all promotions, discounts and/or coupons are applied. Depending on your state and/or zip code, additional taxes on delivery fees may apply.
